7 f7 M8 o) I( l• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
# S7 @" r Y( R• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;* s/ g. c* S, @; M1 \% R! {- s6 K+ U% ]) C
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
) d4 P8 Y# l3 O+ V: ]• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;0 k4 X( \. A: Q a& o8 }
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
6 b! h# ^6 ]; }* w3 Z; Q• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed., Q Q9 \) b' t/ w

• College or bachelor degree above;
1 b9 I( M$ @/ }5 ~8 }3 t* @2 j• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;) F9 u$ Z% C: X) I( h* s
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)3 k8 _0 h' m2 Q/ f5 q
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;
