Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment coordinator（某大型知名外资企业急招招聘专员3名）。

7 f7 M8 o) I( l•      Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
# S7 @" r  Y( R•      Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
•      Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up  administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
) d4 P8 Y# l3 O+ V: ]•      Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
•      Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
6 b! h# ^6 ]; }* w3 Z; Q•      Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.

* C8 U5 }( \3 f  uEssential :
•      College or bachelor degree above;
1 b9 I( M$ @/ }5 ~8 }3 t* @2 j•      Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;
•      Strong experience with  internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
•      Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;

2 |- A: @9 m. G6 a/ L4 g- j' M•      To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment  will be preferred;
6 e/ h. K, q1 T% I6 ]3 O" V8 l•      To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
